What are the shipping and delivery times?

 

For Digital products, it is immediate delivery, so no need to worry about waiting around for this to be delivered!

How can I track my package?

You will recieve confirmation of your order, followed by the product almost instantaneously. 

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

It's very unlikely you wouldn't receive, due to automation, however if for any reason you do not recieve your purchase/input the wrong email address,  please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can assist. You can email us at innovawellstore@gmail.com or by using the Contact Us page.

Can I return my product for a refund?

For digital products, there is no refunds or returns as we cannot guarantee use of this product!

For Hard Copies - We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
